Refund & Exchange Policy

Before securing a payment please be sure that everything is correct. Check payment information, size, color, order address, and read the product's description in its entirety as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We offer exchanges for store credit.

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. After your order is shipped it will be too late to cancel your order. Email us at dddfashions1@gmail.com to cancel your order within 24 hours.

Returns       

 DDD Fashions does not accept returns for the following items

• bodysuits
• Swimwear
• Worn Items
• Washed Items
• Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
• Sale/Discounted or Promotional Items

for sanitary purposes. For all other items, please contact us with your Name and Order Number and the reason for return. 

Items purchased from DDD Fashions are eligible for store credit within 3 days of receiving. After the 3rd day the item is considered a final sale. Please email us at dddfashions1@gmail.com for instructions on returns.

Once we receive your original merchandise, a store credit will be issued only if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with original tags attached. No Exceptions.  

DDD Fashions reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the criteria listed above.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return. All orders placed with a store credit is a final sale.
